The Midtown Hub is a fully equipped business space and includes fully serviced office facilities, long and short term desk licenses, free Wi-Fi, business address, meeting and training rooms at a low cost and  right in the heart of the Town Centre.  Our current business users are a mix of SME’s, new start ups, established companies, charities and education providers.  

Located on Sutton High Street with its vibrant mix of shops, café, bars and restaurants, The Mid Town Hub is an 11-minute walk away from Sutton train station and is accessible from all Town Centre bus routes.

  • Fully serviced and Air Conditioned office space with CCTV, Access controlled security and alarm monitoring.
  • FREE Fibre Broadband Wifi, colour/B&W printing, tea/coffee and kitchen access to all hot desk/month to month users.
  • Storage can be arranged if required depending on space requirement.
  • Training and Board Room offering HDMI screens, projection screens and projectors, white board, conference call facilities and FREE wifi.
  • Meeting refreshments can be provided at £1.50 per person including tea/coffee/orange juice and biscuits. Water provided free of charge. Meetings can be catered if required and charges will depend on numbers and requirements. All catering provided from Sutton based businesses.
  • Covid-19 secure with limited access, desk screens, daily cleaning and Covid compliant restrictions. 
  • Board Room seats 10
  • Training room seats 30 board room style, 45 gallery style.
  • Small Office seats 6 / desk space for 4 as a stand-alone office licensed by the month
  • Prices include serviced facilities, access to WiFi, refreshments and secure storage
  • Direct dial can import via VoIP. Handsets are leased and number can be moved as and when required. Access to mobile app and web based call monitoring is available
  • Office accessible 07.30 – 21.30 Monday to Friday. Key access available to monthly licensees only by arrangement
  • Discounted rates on multiple desk licenses and block bookings of both board and training room. 

 

Month to Month desk licences and Virtual Office users will be required to provide two forms of identification and confirmation of direct debit set up before using our services. Passport/Drivers license + utility bill/bank statement dated within the last 3 months. 

Meeting and Training Room booking fees and any charges for refreshments are paid for in advance and fees are refundable on 24 hours notice of cancellation.
