Sutton made another BIG BANG this July!!
We were so excited to confirm that The Big Bang would be back in Sutton for the second year running this July, 2019. With even more exhibitors, activities, events and shows to get you immersed in the wonderful world of all things science, technology, engineering and maths. Festival week started on 8th July with a number of STEM focussed, FREE events and interactive activities for all ages to get involved with in and around Sutton. This was an event not to be missed!!
On the Friday, Sutton Grammar played host to the Big Bang Schools Day and then the Big Bang @ Sutton Family Day was on Saturday 13th July covering the whole of Sutton High Street and Manor Park. 2019 saw an additional 7,000 of you getting involved in this national event delivered locally, an amazing turn out for all!
The Big Bang fair is part of a UK-wide celebration of science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) learning, aimed at inspiring our next generation to follow a career in science and engineering.
